YOU CAN MAKE A CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE

YOU ARE THE MASTER BREWER OF YOUR OWN LIFE

We have been cautioned to give away our power. Society has taught us to expect someone to step in and solve our problems and’’ fix” our lives. But I beg you to differ, know that you and only you can change your life.

I can’t, your mother cant, your spouse cant, the government cant. If you want a better life, the kind of life you deserve then you must take responsibility and make it your job to do whatever needs to be done. When you become willing to accept responsibility for the conditions of your life, the good and the not so good, you gain the personal power necessary to change them.

Decide now to take responsibility and take charge of your own life. The next step is to determine where you are and what you want to change. Before counting please complete the exercise.

                                              MY PERSONAL INVENTORY

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY SELF             WHAT I WANT TO CHANGE IN MY LIFE

                                                            .
                                                            .
                                                            .

No one in this world can change your life to the maximum point of your choice, except ‘your will power’ and God. It is only you who can make your life happy, therefore be self-happy.

Where do you want to make a change in your personal life?

There is a distillery in our brains
It cane and malt, it hops and grains.
Is the stuff our lives are made of?
Blizzard or snow, bushfire or drought, matches won by penalty shoot-out.
Fortunes lost at toss of a coin; over these and their like, you are no doyen.
The fuel for this distillery? Your emotions, willy-nilly you stoke the fire as you vent your spleen. And another dram drips into the vast unseen.
Note; the master brewer is not the stars, nor yet the gods. He is you, your very self. The final brewer has no choice; it must be bitter bile or sweet honey. But you can choose the magic potion which vouchsafes your taste.
Your emotions, your memories, and your reactions always give a response to your life--[Lade Worsonu]

[Maturity doesn’t come with age, but rather the acceptance of responsibility—PASTOR CHARLES A BOATING]

Remember you are the light of your own world; therefore do not hesitate to make your world shine.

THE 4 MOST COMMON TEMPERAMENTS

A person's temperament is formed as an infant and never changes. It simply develops over time as you mature and grow, to make you who you are. Studies have shown that temperament does not change but remains constant. THERE ARE FOUR MAIN TYPES OF TEMPERAMENTS TEMPERAMENT TYPES Sanguine (enthusiastic, active, and social) Choleric (short-tempered, fast, and irritable) Melancholic (analytical, wise, and quiet) Phlegmatic (relaxed and peaceful). Psychologists recognize four primary temperament types. The names of the types were originally  names of humor in more distant times . It was believed that humor caused people to behave in certain ways. Although science has refuted the existence of humor in that fashion, the names of the four temperament types stuck. It is possible, in fact likely, that someone will have both primary and secondary temperament types. A person can have any combination of the temperament types to ma...

THE KING AND THE GREEDY BEGGAR...INSPIRING STORY

PSALM 40 ; 04 BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO HAS MADE THE LORD HIS TRUST, WHO HAS NOT TURNED TO THE PROUD, NOR TO THOSE WHO LAPSE INTO FALSEHOOD! VERY MOTIVATIONAL.                Long time ago,  there lived a great king and two beggars who always stood at the gate of his palace everyday. As the king rode by everyday, the first beggar would say, blessed is he whom the king helps, while the second beggar say blessed is he whom the God helps.               The king always felt pleased to hear the praise of the first beggar. One evening the king decided to reward the first beggar for all the praise; he ordered his baker to bake a cake and wrapped gold inside the cake.               The next day he rode by, he gave the cake to the first beggar as he hailed him as usual. The first beggar who was in dire need of cash sold the cake to the second beggar at a cheap price, say...

THE SAD STORY OF THE FOUR CANDLES

ROMANS 05 ; 03 - 04 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also; knowing that tribulation brings patient, and patient brings experience, and experience also brings hope.                  One evening, four candles were burning slowly whiles having a conversation. The ambiance was so soft one could almost hear them talking.                                               The first candle said; i am PEACE but the world is full of anger and fighting, and nobody wants to keep me lit, and slowly it cried and went off.                                                             ...
